At One Baxter Way, we addressed a significant water loss issue, losing hundreds of gallons daily. We installed a fully adhered Sika Sarnafil PVC membrane in custom dark gray, covering 30,000 sq ft to prevent leaks and enhance energy efficiency. A textured perimeter was added for easy maintenance, providing a safe surface for day porters. Additionally, we revitalized benches between two structures with Sika waterproofing products for lasting protection and durability.
